Content Creation
On the Content Creation page, you can manage the brand's content items (projects). A content item is a workspace where you create the images, videos, music, designs, and posts for one topic - such as a product launch, a promotion, or a monthly campaign - step by step.
Content list
The list shows all of the brand's content items, with the most recently edited one always at the top. Each content item shows how many images, videos, designs, and posts it contains. Click a content item to open its editor.
Creating new content
Use the New content button on the right side of the header to create new content. The content item is created immediately, named after the brand and today's date, and its editor opens.
With the Restricted viewer permission level, you can't create new content.
Work started from the post calendar is automatically collected into a monthly collection, so you don't have to create a separate content item for every post.
The content editor
When you open a content item, a full-screen editor appears. Click the name in the middle of the header to rename the content item.
The steps
The editor consists of five steps, shown in the left sidebar (on mobile, in the step selector below the header). You don't have to go through the steps in order:
- Image creator - Generate images with AI or upload your own images.
- Video creator - Create a video from your images with AI animation, or upload your own video.
- Sound & Music creator - Generate music that fits the brand or upload your own audio file.
- Design creator - Turn your images and videos into designs with text, a logo, and templates.
- Post creator - Put together and schedule posts from your finished content.
Content created in each step is automatically available in the later steps: your generated images can become videos and designs, your music can go into video designs, and your designs become posts.
Generation
While an image, video, or music track is being created, a loading card in its place shows roughly how much time is left.
If a generation fails, the card shows the reason for the error. Use the Try again button to restart the generation, or the Dismiss button to remove the card. Credits deducted for a failed generation are refunded automatically. (Learn more: Credit System)
Click any finished image, video, or design to view it full screen, download it, and see which prompt it was created with.
Deleting content
To delete a content item, click the ⋯ button on its card in the content list and choose Delete.
Deleting a content item also deletes everything created in it - images, videos, designs, and posts.
