Credit System
AI-generated images and videos use credits. The credit balance belongs to the organization: all of the organization's brands and team members generate from the same shared balance.
How many credits does each action cost?

When are credits deducted?
Credits are deducted when the generation starts. If you don't have enough credits, the generation doesn't start. The credit bar in the generation windows shows the cost of the generation and your expected balance in advance.
Refunds
If a generation doesn't complete because of a technical error, the deducted credits are refunded automatically. If you restart a failed generation with the Try again button, it uses credits again - since the credits for the previous, failed attempt have already been refunded.
For videos, refunds are per clip: if one clip of a video doesn't complete, the credits for that clip are refunded.
Where do credits come from?
- Starting credits - Every new organization starts with 2 free credits.
- Subscription plan - Your subscription tops up your balance every month to the plan's monthly allowance (e.g. up to 60 credits on the Pro plan). If your balance is higher than the monthly allowance at renewal, it doesn't change. (Learn more: Plans)
- Buying extra credits - You can buy extra credits at any time, which are added to your balance. (Learn more: Buy extra credits)
Credits don't expire.

Your current credit balance is always visible in the Credit block of the left navigation bar. If your balance runs out, the number turns red. Click the indicator to open the Plans & billing page.
