Brands

The Brand is the fundamental unit of Infinite∞Creator. A brand encompasses the entire content creation configuration: connected Facebook/Instagram profiles, visual identity, communication tone of voice, target audience, website context — and all generated posts. All content belongs to a brand.

On the Brands page, you can see a list of all your brands along with their connected profiles and the number of posts generated so far. If a brand's setup is not fully complete, an "Incomplete" label appears next to its name — content generation cannot be started with an incomplete brand.

Creating a New Brand

The "Add New Brand" button launches the 4-step wizard. The Next button moves you between steps and automatically saves the data entered so far each time. If you leave the process unfinished, the brand is saved in "Incomplete" status and you can continue at any time.

info

Only users with the Owner, Admin, and Normal roles can create new brands.

Step 1 - What's Your Goal?

In the first step, you need to provide the brand name and main objective. Both fields are required.

  • Brand Name - The name of the brand (3-100 characters). The AI uses the name as context during generation, so it's best to use the actual business name (e.g., "Cafe Bella", "TechShop.com").
  • Objective - Defines what type of content the AI should generate:
    • Increase Awareness - Reach new followers from your target audience
    • More Engagement - Increase the number of likes, comments, and saves
    • Promote App - Increase app downloads and active users
    • More Sales - Increase online or offline sales
    • More Bookings / Sign-ups - Collect appointment bookings, subscribers, or contact requests
    • Event Promotion - Sell more tickets and increase attendee numbers

Step 2 - Sources

In this step, you need to specify the social media profiles associated with the brand and optionally a website.

Publishing Profiles - Approved posts will be published to these profiles. Selecting at least one profile is required.

  • Facebook Page - Only pages already connected on the Integrations page appear in the list.
  • Instagram Profile - Also from the Integrations page.

Website (optional) - The AI uses the website content as context during generation. For the entire website, enter the homepage URL; if you only want to use the content of a specific subpage (e.g., product page, blog post), enter its exact URL.

info

After saving, the system automatically processes the website. The processing status is shown by the indicator next to the field (⏳ waiting, ⚙️ processing, ✅ done, 🚨 failed).

Step 3 - My Brand

This step provides the most important context for the AI — the post copy and image concepts are created based on the information provided here. All fields are required.

  • Brand Description - A free-text description of what your brand does, what services you provide, or what products you sell (min. 20 characters).
  • Industry - The brand's business sector (e.g., Retail, Healthcare, Restaurants). The AI selects the most appropriate visual style for image generation based on the industry.
  • Style and Tone of Voice - The nature of communication (e.g., Professional, Friendly, Humorous, Inspirational). This determines the tone of the generated copy.
  • Target Audience - The target group's gender (everyone / male / female) and age range (18-65+).

Step 4 - Brand Identity

In the final step, you can set the visual and content guidelines. These serve as the defaults for the Infinite∞Designer — they are automatically applied when creating each new post, but can be freely overridden at the post level. All fields are optional.

  • Content Language - The language of the generated post copy.
  • Logo - The brand's logo, which may appear on generated images (SVG, PNG, WEBP, or AVIF, max. 2 MB). After uploading, you can adjust its size with a slider.
  • Brand Colors - 5 colors can be defined as the default color palette. These colors will be readily available in the Infinite∞Designer color picker.
  • Font - The font and style of text appearing on generated images — selectable from the Google Fonts library.
  • Image Format - The aspect ratio of generated images: square (1:1), portrait (4:5), or story (9:16). Choose the format you most frequently create content in — but it can be freely changed when creating each new post.
  • General Image Prompt - Persistent visual instructions for the AI that are automatically applied to every image generation (e.g., "Images should always have a light tone with natural lighting").
  • General Text Prompt - Persistent content rules for text generation: required messages, formatting expectations, elements to avoid (e.g., "Always include 'Visit us!' at the end of the text, do not use hashtags").
tip

General prompts are one of the most effective ways to customize content. While other settings (industry, tone of voice, target audience) define the nature of the content, general prompts let you give precise instructions on what the AI should include and what it should avoid.

Editing a Brand

In the brand list, click a brand's name to open the editing page. The same 4-step interface appears as during creation, but you can freely navigate between steps using the step selector at the top.

info

Users with the Restricted Editor and Restricted Viewer roles can open the brand, but all fields appear in read-only mode.

Deleting a Brand

You can delete a brand using the Delete button in the header of the brand editing page. Deletion requires confirmation.

danger

Deleting a brand is irreversible. All associated settings and posts will be permanently deleted.
