Social connections (connecting Facebook and Instagram)
Infinite∞Creator can publish posts to Meta's social platforms (Facebook and Instagram). To do this, the app needs access to the Facebook Pages and Instagram business profiles where your content will be published. You can set up this connection on the Social connections page.
The connection has two layers that build on each other:
- Meta account - Connecting your own Facebook account, through which the app reaches your Pages.
- Brand profile - For each brand, you choose which Facebook Page (and its linked Instagram business profile) belongs to that brand - the brand's posts are published there. You can do this in the Brand settings.
The Social connections menu item in the navigation bar is only visible with the Admin permission level.

1. Connecting your Meta account
On the Meta account card, the Connect with Facebook button starts Meta's standard authentication flow in a pop-up window. Sign in with your Facebook account and grant every permission requested - the app needs access to your list of Pages, to publishing posts, and to your Instagram business profiles.
Once you're connected, the card shows which Facebook user you connected as.
The Meta account connection is personal: it's tied to your own Facebook account and can be used with all the brands you have access to.
If the Facebook sign-in window doesn't appear, allow pop-ups in your browser for the Infinite∞Creator site and try again.
Expired connection and reconnecting
For security reasons, Meta grants time-limited access, and access can also end if, for example, you change your Facebook password or revoke Infinite∞Creator's permissions on Facebook. When this happens, the card shows that the connection is no longer active. Click Reconnect and sign in again.
While the connection isn't active, publishing posts may fail.
Disconnecting
Use the Disconnect button to remove your Meta account connection. This action doesn't ask for confirmation.
Disconnecting only removes your own Facebook sign-in - the Pages already assigned to brands stay in the brand settings.
2. Brands and their profiles
Below the Meta account card, you'll see the list of your brands. Next to each brand, the linked Facebook and Instagram profiles are shown, or the text No profiles linked yet.
The Manage button in a brand's row takes you to the My brand step of the brand settings, where you can choose or replace the brand's profile. (Learn more: Social profile)
Troubleshooting
A Facebook Page doesn't appear in the list: Your connected Facebook account doesn't have access to the Page, or you didn't select that Page when you connected your Facebook account. Solution: check in Meta Business Suite that your account has full access to the Page, then use the Reconnect button to repeat the connection and select all the Pages you want to use with Infinite∞Creator.
The Instagram profile doesn't appear: You can only use an Instagram business profile that's linked to a Facebook Page. Link the Instagram profile to the Facebook Page in Meta's settings, then reconnect.
The post wasn't published: Check whether your Meta account connection is active, and if it isn't, reconnect. Then reschedule the post or publish it manually from the post editor. (Learn more: Troubleshooting)
