Getting Started
After you sign in for the first time - as long as you don't have any brands yet - the app helps you set up your first brand with a 4-step wizard. By the end of the wizard, your brand is ready for content creation: it's connected to your Facebook Page and Instagram profile, and the AI has learned about your website.
Use the Next and Previous buttons to move between steps; the header always shows which step you're on.
Step 1 - Facebook
Connect your Facebook account
Click Continue with Facebook to sign in to Facebook in a pop-up window and grant access to your Pages and their linked Instagram business profiles. You can revoke this access at any time.
Once you're connected, Facebook connected appears and you can move on.
Connecting Facebook is required to set up your first brand, because without it your content can't be published later.
If the Facebook sign-in window doesn't appear, your browser has probably blocked pop-ups. Allow them for the Infinite∞Creator site and try again.
(Learn more about the Facebook connection: Social connections)
Step 2 - Goal
Your brand and goal
- Brand name - The name of the brand (required).
- Choose what you want - The brand's main goal. (Detailed description of the goals: Brand name and goal)
Step 3 - Pages
Choose your profiles
The list shows all Facebook Pages available through your connected Facebook account. If a Page has a linked Instagram business profile, the Instagram badge and the profile name also appear next to it.
Select the Facebook Page that belongs to the brand, then click Next. If the Page has a linked Instagram business profile, it's automatically connected to the brand as well.
If a Page doesn't appear in the list, your Facebook account probably doesn't have access to that Page, or you didn't grant permission for it when you connected your Facebook account. (See Troubleshooting)
Step 4 - Website
Your website
Enter your brand's website address. The field is optional, but if you have a website, we strongly recommend entering it.
When you click Finish:
- The system starts crawling your website. The collected pages make up the brand's knowledge base, which the AI uses when creating content. (Learn more: Website and knowledge base)
- Based on your website and Facebook Pages, the AI automatically fills in the empty fields of the brand profile: the brand introduction, industry, tone of voice, target audience, general requests for the images and texts it creates, and the brand language, and it also detects the brand colors.
- Finally, the brand's Post calendar opens.
It's worth reviewing the automatically filled-in details and refining them if needed in the Brand settings - the more accurate the brand profile, the better the generated content fits your brand.
If the website can't be read automatically, the system lets you know, and you can enter the brand details manually later in the Brand settings.
