Content Library

The Content Library collects every image, video, and design made for the brand - no matter which content (project) it was made in. From here, you can quickly find, view, download, or reuse them in another content.

The newest items appear at the top of the list. For designs, the most recently saved version is always shown; video designs that are still being rendered are marked Rendering….

Search and filters​

  • Search… - You can search for multiple words: the search covers the item type, the prompt used for generation, the name of the content (project), and the date (in YYYY-MM-DD format).
  • Filters - All, Images, Videos, Designs, or Favorites. On mobile and tablet, the filters are under the Filters button.

Each card shows which content the item was made in - click the content's name to open that content.

Actions​

  • Open - Click a card to open a full-screen view, where you can page through the items and see which prompt an item was made with.
  • Add to favorites - Use the star icon to mark an item as a favorite, so you can quickly find it later with the Favorites filter. Favorites are shared by all users of the brand.
  • Download - Downloads the original file.
  • Send to project - Reuses the item in another content. In the window that opens, you can search your existing content or create a new one with the New project button. The item isn't regenerated and doesn't use any credits - it simply also appears in the selected content.

You can't upload or delete files in the Content Library. You can upload your own files in the Content Creation steps, and delete them there too.
