Post Calendar
In the Post calendar, you can see all scheduled, published, and planned posts for the selected brand. From here you can create new posts and reschedule them with a simple drag and drop. The calendar updates live, so your teammates' changes show up instantly too.
Toolbar
The toolbar above the calendar gives you the following options:
- Previous / Next arrows - Page between weeks or months.
- Today - Jump back to the current week or month.
- Week / Month - Switch between the weekly and monthly view.
- Export PDF - Download the posts of the month shown in the monthly view as a PDF report. (See PDF export)
- Share - Share the calendar with your clients via a read-only link. (Learn more: Sharing the Calendar)
Views
- Week view - The 7 days of the week side by side in columns, with each day's posts in chronological order.
- Month view - The days of the month in a grid, with the first posts of each day.
Each post card shows the time, a preview of the post, and its status.
Creating a post
On today and future days, a + button appears (at the bottom of the day's column in the weekly view, in the day's header in the monthly view) that opens the Creating a New Post window for that day. You can't create posts on past days.
Clicking a post card opens the post editor.
Drag and drop rescheduling
You can drag posts with your mouse to a different day or time:
- Dragging to another day keeps the post's time; only its date changes.
- Dragging between two posts in the weekly view gives the post a time between the two neighboring posts, so you can also reorder posts within a single day.
- Dragging to the edge of the view lets you move the post to the previous or next week (or month, in the monthly view).
Only posts with Draft, Scheduled, or Error status can be moved, and only to today or a future day. The time of scheduled posts must stay in the future. Published posts and posts currently being published can't be moved.
With the Restricted viewer permission level, you can't drag posts.
Post statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Draft | A planned post. It is never published automatically - you need to schedule it first. |
| Scheduled | It is published automatically at the set time. |
| Preparing | Publishing is in progress. |
| Published | It was successfully published to all selected accounts. After that, the post is read-only. |
| Partial | The post was published to only some of the selected accounts or placements. |
| Error | Publishing failed. (See Troubleshooting) |
Quick posts in progress
If you created a post with Quick mode, a loading card in the calendar shows that the post is still being generated.
PDF export
In the monthly view, use the Export PDF button to download the month's content report. The PDF includes all of the month's posts (drafts too) in chronological order, with a preview, time, status, and caption.
