Sharing the Calendar
You can share the post calendar with your clients or external partners via a link. The link opens a read-only view of the brand's scheduled and published posts - no account is needed to view it.
Setting up sharing
In the post calendar toolbar, click the Share button. In the window that opens, you'll see the Share link you can send to your clients - the link is created automatically the first time you open the window.
You can also set a password for the link: in that case, the calendar can only be viewed after entering the password. You can change or remove the password at any time.
If the link has reached people it wasn't meant for, use the Generate a new link button to create a new link - the old one stops working after that. Turning off the Sharing enabled toggle disables sharing completely.
What the shared calendar shows
The shared link shows the brand's name and logo, with the calendar below - with the same weekly and monthly views as in the app.
- Only scheduled posts, posts currently being published, and published posts are shown; drafts stay hidden.
- Clicking a post opens its preview with the full caption and the time.
- In the shared calendar, you can't create, edit, or move posts, and you can't comment on posts either.
