Payment History

This page lists all past transactions for the organization in chronological order — including subscription fees, plan changes, and extra credit purchases.

For each transaction, the date, net and gross amounts, status, and invoice number (if available) are displayed.

Payment Details​

Clicking a transaction opens the details modal, which shows the transaction's line items (e.g., subscription plan name, extra credits). Two actions are available from here:

  • Download Invoice - Download a PDF invoice (only appears if the invoice number is already available).
  • Pay Now - Retry a failed payment through the Stripe payment interface.

Failed payments are highlighted in red in the list. If an automatic renewal failed (e.g., expired credit card), the Pay Now button allows you to complete the payment manually.

Permissions: This page is accessible only to users with the Owner role.
