Content Calendar
The content calendar is the central screen of Infinite∞Creator. From here, you can manage all posts for a brand: create new ones, launch generation, approve and schedule content.
Brand Selector and Generation
At the top of the screen, the brand selector dropdown lets you switch between your organization's brands — the calendar always displays the posts for the selected brand. Incomplete brands appear in the list but cannot be selected.
On the right side of the header is the "Generate Content" button, which opens the bulk generation modal. A badge next to the button shows how many posts with Waiting status are awaiting generation. If there are no such posts, the button is inactive.
Week Selector
Use the arrows to navigate between weeks, and the "This Week" button returns you to the current week. The selected week is reflected in the URL, so the specific weekly view can be bookmarked and shared as a link.
Filters
Below the week selector, filters allow you to narrow down the displayed posts:
- Search - Free-text search within the text content of posts.
- Status - Filter by post status (see Statuses).
- Platform - Filter by target platform: Facebook, Instagram, or all.
Views
At the right end of the filter bar, the view type selector lets you switch between two layouts:
- Calendar View - The 7 days of the week displayed side by side in columns, with each column showing that day's posts in chronological order.
- List View - Posts displayed in a vertical list. On smaller screens, the system automatically switches to this view.
Post Cards
Each post appears as a card in the calendar. The card displays the scheduled time, target platform icons, an image preview (if already generated), the status, and the image format. Newly generated posts are highlighted with a "New" label.
Clicking a card opens a different interface depending on the post's status:
- Waiting status post - Opens the new post creation interface, where you can modify the generation settings (notes, reference images, style reference image, and overridden settings) before launching generation.
- Other status post - Opens the edit post interface.
Quick Actions
In certain statuses, you can perform actions directly from the card:
- Waiting status post - A "Generate Content" button appears on the card, which opens the bulk generation modal with that post pre-selected.
- Pending post - The "Schedule" button lets you approve the post with a single click, after which it moves to
Scheduledstatus and will automatically appear on the platform at the specified time.
Creating a Post
At the bottom of each day column, there is a "New Post" button that opens the new post creation interface with the time pre-set for that day. Posts cannot be created for past days.
Post Statuses

| Waiting | The post has been created, but the AI has not started working on it yet |
| Generating | The AI is currently creating the post's image and copy |
| Pending | Generation is complete, awaiting approval |
| Scheduled | Approved — will be automatically published at the specified time |
| Published | Successfully appeared on the platform |
| Failed | Generation or publishing failed |
