Creating a New Post

To create a new post, click the "New Post" button in any day column of the content calendar. In the modal that opens, you can choose between two modes:

  • Generate Content - The AI creates the complete post (image and copy). This is the recommended choice in most cases.
  • Assemble from Content Library - A post based on an existing or uploaded image, without AI, without credits.

Generated Content​

Notes for the Post​

An optional text instruction for the AI: you can specify the post's topic, mood, or any custom request. You can also enter a specific URL — the AI will create the post based on the content of that page. If left empty, the AI works autonomously based on the brand settings.

Reference Images​

You can upload up to 4 reference images (e.g., product photo, location) that the AI will directly incorporate into the generated image — if you upload a location, the image will be set there; if you upload an object, it will appear in the image. Each uploaded image receives a marker (@img1, @img2, etc.) that you can reference in the Notes field to specify exactly how it should be used.

Style Reference Image​

A single optional image whose visual style and mood the AI will try to follow during generation. While reference images add specific elements to the scene, the style reference image influences the overall feel (color palette, mood, compositional style) — it is not directly incorporated into the image, but the AI processes it creatively. Consistently using the same style reference image ensures a unified visual appearance across the brand's content.

Override Settings​

By default, a new post inherits the brand settings. If you want to use different settings for a specific post, check the "I'll set the details manually" checkbox. The detailed settings then appear:

  • Publishing Time - The scheduled date and time.
  • Objective - The post's goal (e.g., increase awareness, more sales).
  • Tone of Voice - The communication style (e.g., professional, friendly).
  • Platform - Facebook, Instagram, or both.
  • Format - The aspect ratio of the generated image.
  • Content Language - The language of the generated copy.
  • Font - The font for text appearing on the image.

Saving​

  • Save - Creates the post with Waiting status. Does not start generation, does not consume credits.
  • Save and Generate - Creates the post and immediately starts AI generation — consumes 1 credit.

If there are not enough credits, the Save and Generate button is inactive, and there is an option to purchase extra credits. (Learn more: Credit System)

Assemble from Content Library​

On the Assemble from Content Library tab, you can create a post based on an existing or freshly uploaded image without AI and without consuming credits. The process consists of two steps.

Step 1 - Select Image​

The media library contains the brand's previously generated and uploaded images. You can use the Generated Images and Uploaded Images filters to choose which group you want to see. You can also upload your own image directly in the library. After selection, the system automatically proceeds to Step 2.

Step 2 - Select Text​

You can choose from texts previously associated with the selected image, or write a custom one using the "I want to write my own text" option. If there is no previous text associated with the image (e.g., a freshly uploaded image), the system automatically switches to the custom text writing mode.

Saving​

Once both the image and text are ready, the post can be created with the Save button. Posts created from the content library are created with Pending status — they become schedulable after approval.
