Integrations (Connecting Meta Platforms)
Infinite∞Creator's content generation features can only function if the system is granted access to the Meta social profiles and pages where the content needs to be published. This connection is set up on the Integrations page.
The connection consists of two interdependent layers. If the connection at the base level (personal profile) is broken, the automations of the dependent elements (pages, ad accounts) will also stop.
Connecting social media platforms is only available to users with the Owner and Admin roles.

1. Connecting a Personal Profile
The foundation of the connection is a personal Facebook profile that has administrator access to the pages you want to manage.
The "Connect Meta Profile" button initiates Meta's standard (OAuth) authentication flow. After a successful connection, the personal profile appears on the Profiles tab.
Infinite∞Creator is a Meta-verified and approved Tech Provider. The connection is established through Meta's official OAuth flow, and personal data is protected.
Expiration and Renewal
For security reasons, Meta issues time-limited access tokens. If a "Reconnection required!" message appears for a profile, publishing new content will stop. In this case, click the refresh icon to complete the login process again.
2. Pages (Facebook and Instagram)
The Facebook Pages tab displays a list of every Facebook page you have access to through your connected Meta profile. If a Facebook page has a business Instagram account linked to it in Meta Business Manager, it will also automatically appear on the Instagram Accounts tab.
Permissions
Only the user who originally connected a page can disconnect it.
Disconnecting a Profile
On the Profiles tab, you can disconnect a Meta profile by clicking the close icon in the profile's row. After disconnecting:
- The profile disappears from the Profiles list
- The Facebook pages and Instagram accounts associated with this profile also disappear from the lists
Disconnecting a profile takes effect immediately. Brands linked to the disconnected profile will lose their social connection, and their immediate publishing as well as the automatic publication of their scheduled posts will stop.
Troubleshooting
Facebook pages are not showing in the list: No Facebook pages are linked to the Meta profile in Meta Business Manager, or you did not grant the appropriate access permissions during the connection. Solution: check your Meta Business Manager settings, make sure the profile has the required admin permissions for the pages, then reconnect the profile.
Instagram account is not showing: The Instagram business account must be linked to a Facebook page in Meta Business Manager.
"Missing permission" message: Infinite∞Creator did not receive all the necessary access permissions during the connection. Use the "Reconnect" icon to repeat the OAuth flow and grant all requested permissions.
