Credit System
Every AI-generated post consumes exactly one credit. Posts created from the content library do not consume credits.
Where Do Credits Come From?
- Subscription Plan - The active subscription plan automatically replenishes the balance each month. Monthly credits do not roll over to the next month: upon renewal, the balance resets to the plan's allocated amount.
- Extra Credit Purchase - You can top up your balance at any time with a one-time purchase. Extra credits never expire and supplement the monthly allowance.
When Are Credits Deducted?
Credits are deducted when generation is started — whether you generate a single post or launch bulk generation. If generation fails due to a technical error, the deducted credits are automatically refunded.
Credit Balance
The current credit balance is always visible in the left navigation bar: a progress indicator shows how many credits remain from the monthly allowance. Users with the Owner and Admin roles can open the extra credit purchase modal directly from the indicator.
Purchasing Extra Credits
The extra credit purchase modal is accessible in several ways:
- From the credit indicator in the navigation bar
- From the bulk generation modal, if there are not enough credits
During the purchase, you can specify the desired quantity, and the modal shows the total amount in real time (net price + VAT). Payment is charged to the saved card — after a successful payment, credits are credited immediately.
Purchasing credits requires billing details to be completed on the Billing and Payment page.
If you regularly need extra credits, consider upgrading to a larger subscription plan — subscription credits are cheaper than one-time purchases.
