Billing and Payment
Customer Type
At the top of the billing settings, you can select whether the organization is registered as a Business or an Individual. For businesses, the Tax ID field also becomes available — if provided, the tax ID will appear on issued invoices.
Billing Details
Completing billing details is required to use paid features (subscription, extra credit purchases). You must provide a billing name, email address, country, and full postal address.
When calculating VAT, the system takes into account the country and the provided tax ID. For Hungarian organizations, 27% VAT is applied. If you provide a valid EU tax ID and the country is not Hungary, VAT may be 0%.
Subscription Plan
The active subscription plan can be viewed and modified here. The billing period is monthly — with automatic renewal each month.
Plan change rules:
- Upgrading to a larger plan: The system charges the prorated difference for the current billing period, and the new features become available immediately.
- Downgrading / Cancellation: The current plan remains valid until the end of the current billing period, after which the change takes effect.
Coupon Code: A coupon code can be entered with the first subscription, providing a percentage discount. It can only be used once, with the first subscription; the system shows the validity and discount amount in real time.
When changing plans, the system shows the amount due now (prorated difference including VAT) and the number of credits included in the new subscription in advance.
Payment Method
Payment is made by credit card through the Stripe-based payment system. For the saved card, the last 4 digits of the card number, expiration date, and card type are displayed.

A valid saved card is required for automatic subscription renewal. If you remove the card, you will need to pay manually at the next renewal.
Canceling the Subscription
Subscription cancellation is available via the "Cancel Subscription" button. Cancellation does not take effect immediately: the service remains fully available until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, you can resubscribe at any time.
