Editing a Post
The post editor is the most complex interface in the application: here you can refine the generated image and copy, set the publishing time, select the target platform, and initiate approval or immediate publishing. The editor opens by clicking any card in the content calendar.
Infinite∞Designer
On the left side of the editor, the Infinite∞Designer side panel appears, where you can customize the visual appearance of the generated image. The following tabs are available:
- Templates - Choose from predefined visual layouts. Switching templates is immediately reflected in the image preview.
- Crop - Adjust the background image's crop area, zoom, and position.
- Colors - Customize the template's colors. The brand's color palette is readily available in the color picker.
- Captions - Edit the text appearing on the image (title, subtitle, content), and adjust font size and position.
- Logo - Show, hide, and resize the logo. Uses the brand's logo by default.
Image Management
The main area of the editor displays the post's current image. The toolbar above the image provides the following actions:
- Download - Download the finished image to your device.
- History - View all previously generated and modified image versions. Any previous version can be restored.
- Regenerate Image - Regenerate or modify the image using AI with free-text instructions (see below).
AI Image Generation and Editing
The Regenerate Image button offers three options:
- Recreate Current Image - The AI retains the visual concept but generates a new variation. Useful when the direction is right but you want a different variation.
- Recreate with New Concept - The AI receives an entirely new visual direction. The result may differ radically from the previous one.
- Modify Current Image - Modifies the existing image based on free-text instructions (e.g., "Make the background blue", "Add flowers to the foreground", "Remove the text from the image"). This feature works on any image — not only AI-generated ones, but also user-uploaded images.
The two recreation options are only available for AI-generated images, while modification works on any image. After starting regeneration or modification, the post's status changes to Generating.
Text Management
The post's copy can be edited directly in the text block. For AI-generated posts, two additional actions are available:
- History - View and restore all previously generated text versions.
- Regenerate Text - The AI writes new copy based on the brand settings (tone of voice, general text prompt).
Publishing Settings
- Publishing Time - Modify the scheduled date and time.
- Platform - Select the target platform: Facebook, Instagram, or both (if both profiles are connected to the brand).
Actions
- Save Changes - Saves all modifications (text, image, time, platform) without changing the post's status.
- Schedule - Approve the post:
Pending→Scheduledstatus change. Does not publish the post immediately — it indicates that the content is ready and can be published at the specified time. Unsaved changes are automatically saved. - Publish Now - Immediately sends the post to the selected platform. This action is irreversible and requires confirmation. If publishing fails, the button appears with the label "Retry Publishing".
- Delete - Permanently deletes the post. Requires confirmation, irreversible.

* Only if the publishing time is in the future and the post has not yet been approved. ** Only for approved failed posts. *** Only if generation has been running for more than 10 minutes (possible stall).
Users with the Restricted Viewer role see the editor in read-only mode — editing, deletion, and publishing actions are not available to them.
