Payment History

The page lists all previous transactions of the organization in chronological order — including subscription fees, plan changes, and extra brand costs.

For each transaction, the date, net and gross amount, status, and invoice number (if available) are shown.

Transaction Details​

Clicking on a transaction opens the details panel, which shows the contents of the transaction in itemized form (e.g. subscription plan name, extra brands). Two actions are available from here:

  • Download Invoice — Download the invoice in PDF format (only appears if the invoice number is already available).
  • Pay Now — Retry a failed payment through the Stripe payment interface.

Failed payments are highlighted in red in the list. If an automatic renewal failed (e.g. expired bank card), it can be completed manually using the Pay Now button.

Permission: This page is accessible only to users with Owner role.
