Leads

The Leads page lists the Facebook lead generation forms created for lead-generating campaigns, and makes available the leads collected through them. Clicking on a form opens the full list of leads collected by that form.

The leads list is also accessible from the automation details view — in that case, the list only shows leads that came through that automation's ads.

Forms List

Each row represents a lead generation form with the following data: Form Name, Form ID, Leads Count, and the Last Fetch timestamp.

Leads List

The view that opens when clicking on a form row shows one lead per row, with the data the lead submitted. Columns are dynamic and appear according to the form's questions (e.g. email address, phone number, custom fields). Each row also shows the submission date, the campaign name, and — if identifiable — the ad the lead clicked on.

Refresh

Lead data is automatically synced every 15 minutes. If more up-to-date data is needed, a manual sync can be triggered with the Refresh button.

Download

The full list can be downloaded in CSV format using the Download button. The file includes all dynamic fields, making it directly importable into CRM systems or other tools.
