Dashboard

The Dashboard is the entry point of Infinite∞Ad. It consolidates the performance metrics of your ad accounts, the status of active automations, recent activities, and tasks awaiting approval on a single screen.

Filters

The filters in the header affect all data on the page:

  • Ad Account: You can choose to see data from all accounts or just one specific account.
  • Date Filter: "Last 7 days", "Last 30 days", or a custom period selected from a calendar. (Note: The date filter only affects metrics and charts. The number of active automations and campaigns always shows the current, real-time state!)

Statistics and Charts

The top cards (KPIs) provide an instant overview:

  • Active automations / campaigns: The number of automations currently running actively in the system and the campaigns managed by them (active in Meta).
  • Configurable metric cards: By default, Impressions and Spend are shown here.
  • Estimated savings: The total monetary value Infinite∞Ad has saved you in the selected period, plus the manual working time saved. Clicking the card opens a detailed breakdown (see Estimated Savings below).

Below these are two interactive charts. The left one is a dual chart that can display two metrics of different magnitudes (e.g., reach and spend) simultaneously on two separate Y-axes. The right one shows a single secondary metric (by default, cost per click).

Estimated Savings

Clicking the Savings KPI card opens a modal with a detailed breakdown of how Infinite∞Ad saved you money and time in the selected period:

  • Saved amount (avoided overspend): The ad budget you would otherwise have spent on poorly performing or no-longer-relevant ads before noticing them manually.
    • From underperforming ads - amount saved on ads automatically stopped by the "Ad Stop" automation.
    • From expired content - amount saved on ads automatically stopped because their content has expired (e.g., promotions that ended).
  • Saved working time: Manual work hours replaced by automation, also converted into a monetary value. Broken down by action type (ad policy check, ad launch, ad scaling, ad stop, etc.).

The estimate uses the assumptions configured in Savings Estimate settings - manual reaction time, hourly labor rate, and minutes per automated action.

Customization

Using the Customize button in the upper right corner, you can tailor the view to your needs.

Key Metrics

You can select three metrics from the available list:

  • Primary metric - appears on the third card of the top row and as the first data series of the left chart
  • Secondary metric - appears on the fourth card of the top row and as the second data series of the left chart
  • Tertiary metric - appears as the single data series of the right chart

Default metrics: Impressions, Spend, Cost per Click. The available metrics include basic advertising metrics (e.g., Reach, Clicks, Purchase ROAS, Video Views), as well as - if you open the settings with an ad account connected - the conversion events actually measured on the account.

All three metrics can be different: the system prevents conflicts, meaning what you've already selected for one won't appear in the options for another.

Currency Settings

For currency-type metrics (Spend, Cost per Click, etc.), you can specify in what currency values are displayed:

  • Auto - the system automatically uses the currency of the ad account(s); for multiple accounts, the currency set for the most accounts prevails
  • Specific currency - you can manually fix the desired currency (e.g., EUR, USD, GBP)

Savings Estimate Settings

You can fine-tune the assumptions used to calculate the Estimated Savings card:

  • Manual reaction time (days) - how long an underperforming or expired-content ad would typically keep running before a human noticed and paused it. This drives the "saved ad spend" calculation.
  • Hourly labor rate - the hourly cost used to convert saved working time into a monetary value. You can specify the currency separately; if it differs from the dashboard currency, the system converts it automatically.
  • Minutes per automated action - approximate manual effort that each automated action replaces, configurable per action type (ad policy check, ad launch with original or new copy, ad scaling, ad stop).

Additional Elements

The lower section of the page supports operational work:

  • Waiting List preview: The most recent ads awaiting approval.
  • Your latest activities: A chronological log of activities successfully performed by the system (e.g., ad launches). Click any activity to see why the action happened.
