Brands

The Brands page is the organizational hub of Infinite∞Ad. A brand brings together all the core elements needed to create and manage your ads — the content source (Facebook page and its associated Instagram profile), the Meta ad account, and default audience and website settings — into a single, easy-to-manage unit. This is necessary so that when creating automations, you only need to select the brand, and all its associated settings are automatically applied — eliminating errors such as accidentally assigning the wrong ad account to a page.

Creating a Brand

Use the "Add new brand" button to create a new brand. You need to provide the following:

Name

The name of the brand. Visible only to you and your team, so you can use any name that helps with quick identification.

Content Source

Select the Facebook page whose posts will be used to create ads. If an Instagram Business account is linked to the page in Meta Business Manager, it automatically appears alongside the selected page.

Website

The URL of the website associated with the brand. When you select a content source, if the Facebook page has a website set, this is filled in automatically.

Meta Ad Account

Select the Meta ad account in which the brand's ads will run. Only accounts you have access to through your connected Meta profile are shown in the list.

warning

The content source and the ad account cannot be changed after the brand is created. If you want to use different ones, you need to create a new brand.

Weekly Campaign Report

You can optionally enable the weekly campaign report directly in the brand settings. After enabling it, you need to specify:

  • Which day the report should arrive (Monday through Sunday).
  • Who should receive it — you can designate any member of the organization.
  • Additional email addresses — you can also send the report to non-registered addresses (e.g., for clients).

Read more about the weekly campaign report's content and operation on the Weekly Campaign Report page.

Target Audience

You can set default audience parameters for the brand: gender, age, geographic targeting, and language. When you create an automation for this brand, the system uses these values as a starting point.

Editing a Brand

You can access editing from the brand overview page using the Edit button. You can modify the name, website, weekly campaign report settings, and target audience. The content source and ad account cannot be modified.

info

If you modify the audience settings, it does not retroactively update the audience already set in your existing automations. The brand's audience is only loaded as a starting point when an automation is created.

Brand Overview

Clicking on a brand name opens the overview page. The page is divided into two columns:

Left Panel

  • Edit button - modify the brand's settings.
  • Meta Platform card - the name of the connected ad account, the content source profiles (Facebook page and Instagram profile), and the website. If there is any problem with the ad account or the source profile (disconnected, lost access), it appears here as a warning.
  • Automations - a list of all automations linked to the brand, with direct links to each automation's detail page.
  • Delete button - delete the brand (see below).

Right Panel

  • Activity Log - a chronological log of all automation activity related to this brand: ad launches, stops, and scalings. Each entry shows the name of the executing automation, a post preview, and a direct link to the Meta ad.

Deleting a Brand

You can delete a brand using the Delete button at the bottom of the brand overview page. Before deletion, the system shows which automations are affected — these will also be deleted. Deletion requires confirmation and is irreversible.

danger

Deleting a brand permanently deletes all automations associated with it. The deletion does not stop already running ads on the Meta platform, but Infinite∞Ad will no longer manage them.

Subscription Limits

Your active subscription plan determines how many brands you can manage at the same time. When you reach the limit, the system will offer an upgrade.

Error Indicators

If there is a problem with a brand, a red or orange indicator appears next to its name:

IndicatorMeaning
Disconnected ad accountThe ad account associated with the brand has been disconnected from the system.
Disconnected source profileThe brand's source profile (Facebook page, Instagram account) has been disconnected from the system.
Ad account access revokedThe Facebook profile that connected the brand's ad account has lost access.
Brand access revokedThe Facebook profile that connected the brand's source profile (Facebook page, Instagram account) has lost access.

Red indicators are critical errors — these must be resolved before the brand's automations can become operational again. An orange indicator is a warning.
