Billing and Payment
Customer Type
At the top of the billing settings, you can select whether the organization is registered as a Business or an Individual. For businesses, the Company Tax ID field also becomes available — if provided, the tax number will appear on issued invoices.
Billing Details
Filling in billing details is required to use paid features (subscription). You must provide a billing name, email address, country, and full postal address.
When calculating VAT, the system takes into account the country and the provided tax number. For Hungarian organizations, 27% VAT is applied. If you provide a valid EU tax number and the country is not Hungary, VAT may be 0%.
Subscription Plan
The active subscription plan can be viewed and changed here. The billing period is monthly — with automatic renewal every month.
Plan change rules:
- Upgrading: The difference is charged proportionally for the current billing period, and new features become available immediately.
- Downgrading / cancellation: The previous plan remains valid until the end of the current billing period, after which the change takes effect.
Coupon code: A coupon code can be entered at the first subscription, providing a percentage discount. It can only be used once, at the first subscription; the system shows the validity and discount amount in real time.
When changing plans, the system shows the amount due now (proportionally calculated difference, including VAT) in advance.
Payment Method
Payment is made by bank card through the Stripe-based payment system. The last 4 digits of the card number, expiry date, and card type are shown for the saved card.

A valid saved card is required for automatic subscription renewal. If you remove the card, payment must be made manually at the next renewal.
Cancel Subscription
The subscription can be cancelled using the "Cancel Subscription" button. Cancellation is not immediate: the service remains fully available until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, you can re-subscribe at any time.
